Residential Construction Project Manager 

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. Our strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities: 

Train and supervise the day-to-day construction labor on assigned job sites. Labor is 100% done via subcontract. 

Communicate and project the JC Jackson Homes culture 

Performs miscellaneous punch out items in preparing house for delivery. 

Conducts lot inspection with customers or sales staff 

Is responsible for ensuring safe work practices are evident on all jobs. 

Must insist upon compliance with JC Jackson Builders safety and health policies

Must understand and comply with all OSHA job site requirements. 

Updates schedule and approves payment in a timely and accurate fashion 

Qualifications: 

Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering preferred 

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

Proficiency in project management software and tools. 

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. 

Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. 

PMP or similar certification is a plus. 

Compensation: 

Full time 

$70,000 - $80,000 based on experience
